Biblical scholar and spiritual care provider, Karen R. Keen dives into sex and gender to help us explore these questions within our faith communities. She writes from both personal experience and in-depth research.

As the founder of The Redwood Center for Spiritual Care and Education, Karen has taught in both academic and church settings. She holds graduate degrees in biblical and theological studies and is the author of Scripture, Ethics, and the Possibility of Same-Sex Relationship, The Jesus Way, and The Word of a Humble God.
